Daniel R. Grabell

Daniel Grabell focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of various property types, including retail, office, industrial and multi-family. He works with developers, owners, investors, private equity firms, retailers and other national and local businesses.

Dan’s work includes preparing real estate transactional documents and conducting due diligence for real estate transactions to resolve title, survey and other due diligence issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked as an associate in the real estate & finance group of a prominent Philadelphia law firm. Prior to that, he was a member of the commercial group of a law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. 

Dan has experience in counseling domestic and international, public and private companies in the financial services, investment management and real estate industries.
